Out of State Licensing Information

Each state has a process for being licensed as a teacher or administrator. The web site for each state is provided here.

Most states will require a form as part of their application that requires verification of program completion. If you are a graduate of IU Bloomington, that form should be sent to the Licensing Office in the IUB School of Education. Please make sure that the personal information on the form (name, address, telephone number, e-mail, etc.) is completed as we will not process blank forms.
