As a Consultant, I led and managed consulting engagements for many client organizations nationally and internationally. My engagements included: Designing and Developing Training & Development programs, Business Process Reengineering and Change Management interventions within Fortune 100 & 500 client organizations. My research interests: mentoring processes for educators and others in organizational settings, competency modeling for K-12 school administrators and the evaluation of organizational effectiveness interventions in educational and other organizational settings. |
