Living in Indianapolis

Indianapolis is the Crossroads of America!  One of the most unique aspects about our program is the opportunity for students to study at both a vibrant urban campus and a traditional residential campus. Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI) enrolls more than 30,000 students and is located blocks from downtown Indianapolis. IUPUI is about 50 miles north of IUB. There are a variety of housing options, ranging from new campus apartments to affordable rental apartments, condos, and houses either within walking distance in the downtown area or farther out in the city limits and suburbs of Indianapolis.
