• Students sign up for student teaching application meetings.

• Schools make decisions on student teaching applications, either retuning confirmation forms to the Student Teaching Office or informing us that students cannot be placed in their district.
  
• Rejected applications are rerouted to second- and/or third-choice sites, or to most appropriate location. Primary attention is given to students teaching in the fall..
  
• Note: Application period for Fall student teaching closes April 1.

• Students whose placements have been confirmed receive an email from the Student Teaching Office. In the body of this message includes a link to website where placement details are provided.
  
• Mandatory pre-professional meetings for FALL student teachers are held in the School of Education auditorium. (SPRING student teachers will have their pre-professional meetings in the following November.)

• Office of Student Teaching staff continues to process pending placements for both semesters. Students will be notified about their placements by email as soon as confirmation forms are received by the Office of Student Teaching.
